South Africa is facing a leadership crisis, and ergo leadership believes that to combat this crisis we need to start at school level: our school curriculum is more relevant than ever, yet it still fails to train our youth for positions of responsibility and authority in both the school environment and the adult world. Through camps, courses and seminars we aim to equip learners to be leaders in whatever environment they find themselves: the home, the school, the sports team, the office or anywhere else.

ergo leadership aims to train and equip the youth of South Africa to be effective and ethical leaders, but also to take control of their own lives and learn skills that will make them successes in whatever they attempt.
